Approximately 25minutes from M5, Junction 27 Leave M5 and turn right onto A361 towards Tiverton. At the 1st roundabout turn

right onto A396 – sign towards East Anstey. Next roundabout turn left. Follow
signs towards East Anstey joining B3227 (road goes to left across river). After
approximately 4 miles at Woodburn Cross turn right, sign to East Anstey. 500 yards turn right
sign towards Dulverton, 250 yards turn right again towards Dulverton. We are the 1st entrance on
right approximately 250yards from T junction. Postcode – EX16 9JG, Allshire Yard.
